Seems you have a sixth sense for this kind of thing. All of it, soooo up my alley!

Never heard about this band before. I listened to the first track and felt like listening to the rest of this album is gonna be amazing. Pretty much love it right away.

I can see on Spotify that they have a lot of albums, with quite differing styles of cover artwork. Are their albums good in general?

Heard one album of theirs before and didn't like it (Pain Necessary to Know). Turns out I should have checked out more, because this is pretty much perfect! Spotify seems to have all albums except this one :(

Heard a bit here and there from this band, but never really sat down and focused. I did that now and... I don't know what's wrong with me. This is really good. Why didn't I catch on to that before? Did I hear the wrong tracks? I don't know, but this is great. My only gripe is the singer's clean voice in the first track is kinda weak, but it still kinda works with the overall atmosphere, so I'm more than down with this.

If you knew how long I've been trying to find this band again... I didn't remember their name or anything. Only the cover artwork for the middle album available on Spotify (Terrestrials). I had a Youtube playlist of stuff I wanted to return to and their track got deleted or something. It used to be that when a Youtube track disappeared, you couldn't even see the title anymore on a playlist, so you just had to hope you could remember their name. I couldn't, so...
But here they are! I'm checking it out right now. Seems I was right to put them on a playlist of possibly interesting stuff. I'm digging this.

Added all available albums from these bands to my Spotify. Let me know if you've got more good stuff I should hear!

Sadly, I don't feel like I can return the favor. I honestly don't really know what I could possibly throw your way that you would like. Maybe the Crisis album Deathshead Extermination? I don't know. You've got the market cornered on weird metal more than I do. I don't imagine I know much you don't already know.

I know it's missing the point of the thread, but you should totally check out the recs I sent your way in the grunge thread. It might get you into more proggy stuff.

I've got your post bookmarked already, I'm just being lazy. I'll try and get around to it soon.
