Their music videos are played on tv all the time and their songs are played allot on rock radio and even the great Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash requested their ****ty music video for the song Go With The Flow which is animated and shows cars driving in it which is pretty much all I remember of it on the tv show Rage. They are still around and even had a single from their 2013 album played heavily on the radio. I thought the song just like all their songs was absolutely boring and uninteresting. Another **** band is Audioslave. Even with two great musicians like Chris Cornell and Tom Morello in the supergroup which was formed in the early 2000's the band is so mediocre,bland,generic and boring. With horrible hits like Cochise, Like a Stone and Be Yourself this band has had so much mainstream attention and success. I don't know why people think they're so good but it must be because of how good Chris Cornell was with Soundgarden and because of Tom Morello with Rage Against the Machine. To be fair everything Chris Cornell has done after Soundgarden has been downright terrible specifically his album that he did with the producer Timbaland called Scream in 2009. The album seemed like a desperate attempt to become relevant in popular music again which he hadn't done since Superunknown. Another **** band is Wolfmother. Wolfmother first came to attention in 2005 with songs like Minds Eye , Joker and The Thief, White Unicorn and Woman. The band were talked about as if they were the saviours of rock but I thought they sucked. The music video for Joker and the Thief featured Johnny Knoxville and the cast of Jackass which made Wolfmother seem like they were known in America. They even had the song Woman in Guitar Hero 2 an achievement I didn't think they deserved. But they eventually faded away and lost popularity. Another thing I hate is that Andrew Stockdale worked with Slash on a song on his 2010 solo album called By the Sword which also sucked. Another **** band is Matchbox Twenty. Matchbox Twenty are the most boring, generic, bland, overproduced over commercial post-grunge band that has ever existed. Rob Thomas's voice is a retarded slightly different version of Eddie Vedder's. They have sold millions of albums because of how overproduced bland and over simplified their terrible garbage songs are. Just to prove what a bunch of sell outs and scumbags of no musical and artistic integrity they are, Rob Thomas released a pop solo album in 2005. All the songs were written by other people and featured pussy songs like I Don't Wanna Be Lonely Anymore and This is How a Heart Breaks. The album went to number 1 and Rob Thomas is still around performing his terrible garbage all around the world. Another **** band is Blink 182. Not much to say here but Blink 182 are a terrible pop punk band. Just like most bands in the pop punk genre such as Green Day, Sum 41, The Offspring, Good Charlotte and Simple Plan their music is over simplified, boring, weak , immature. over commercial and unoriginal. I don't know how the hell anyone can tell these crappy bands apart they all sound like 14 year olds but are actually much older than that. They are still around and are still played on rock radio and talked about as if they are legends. To me they are a terrible band who have influenced even more terrible bands.Another **** band is Slipknot. Slipknot are a cartoon character metal band that are considered one of the best Metal bands of all time. I have heard their songs and I wouldn't even consider it Heavy Metal Music. Some songs are decently heavy but most of their songs I would describe as alternative rock, pop, or even nu metal. Their songs are so bland and generic it makes Korn sound like the greatest band of all ****ing time. Not only is their music terrible but they are so embarassed of how ****ty they are that they have to hide behind scary looking halloween masks and costumes. Anyone who hasn't heard their music would assume that they are the scariest metal band of all time just because of the way they look but their music is light compared to 80's Metallica. Slipknot are the Kiss of the metal world. They are a commercial brand that focuses all their success on their image and the way they dress. Who the hell can name one slipknot song for gods sake. All anyone cares about is how scary they supposedly look. And lastly the final **** band I wanna mention is an Australian Metalcore band called Parkway Drive. You may not know them because i don't think they have had much if any success in America. Firstly Metalcore is the ****ing worst subgenre of metal ever ****ing invented. It is such a ****ing stupid irrelevant music scene that has ever ****ing existed in history. It is so formulaic, easy to play, bland and boring. Nobody knows any metalcore bands and they will never ever get any attention because they suck so much. Parkway Drive are a group of extremely mediocre men that look like they still work at a convenience store and didn't change clothes after work before they arrived on stage. I don't know any of their songs, I simply could not stand to listen to it if i tried, it's so god damn terrible. Even though they suck so much and are the most irrelevant band in music history they still are talked about on the radio and are promoted by music stores. It's almost as if the labels think that if they shove this terrible band down peoples throats long enough that the public will be forced to actually like them which will never happen because they are so ****ing terrible and irrelevant.
