I like this one. It's not his best moment, but there's some memorable tunes, good variety and I find the album engaging enough. I thought I hated it after my first listen, but it grew on me a lot with repeat listens. Basically went from a 1/5 to a light 4/5.

The title song might be my favorite track, but there's several good ones. Least favorite track is probably "I Know It's Gonna Happen Some Day", but not because it's bad. It's just sort of generic.

4/5

Definitely not a favorite to be sure. I agree with Psi-Fi about I Feel Free. That might be Bowie's worst cover ever. It's not a total stinker as some tracks on the first half are fair at least. Favorite tracks are You've Been Around and Pallas Athena (Love the God is On Top of It All mantra). The second side is really horrible though. It sounds like the worst of 80's dance pop.

4/10 (The Word Has Spoken)
