It's probably a Yamaha DX7 (released in 1983). They were popular for imitating an electric piano (Fender Rhodes), bells, etc. DX7 Famous Examples

Korg M1 (1988) and Roland D-5 (1989) were also popular, but they were released after the song Seven Wonders.
