The term classic will be used loosely.
These are 5 songs I've loved for a long time or have recently found and just like them in general and are from as late as the 1990's and as early as 1960's.

Post your thoughts and comments, they're usually negative so I hold no hopes. Just thought I'd post this as I've meant to post my favourate classic rock / pop / 80's songs list for a while.

I've always wondered what was so great about Johnny B. Goode. It seems like any rock n' roll song of 50's/early 60's with a little more guitar wankery.

I've only heard Voodoo Chile and that song, and I think the first one definitely belongs on classic song lists. But I was wondering if anyone could tell me what was so great about Johnny B. Goode, perhaps the guy with Chuck Berry in his avatar (don't remember his name).
