I don't think Kate Bush's debut is a classic.

It's got an amazing opening volley of songs. Might tail off a bit after that, but still not below very solid.

But I guess it's not generally her most beloved album. Everyone always seems to rave on about Hounds of Love. Great album, but I like all the ones before of it more.

I think Radiohead would be better if Yorke wasn't such a weak vocalist.

And if their songs weren't boring. That would also help.

I don't hate them, but I've only managed a few brief moments of actually feeling engaged by any of their music at all.

I think Kid A would be better if it didn't sound like middle-of-the-road music communicating middle-of-the-road emotions for middle-of-the-road people with middle-of-the-road taste. It's fine and inoffensive but how does anyone on Earth care?
