ICP claimed that Miracles would have been considered a masterpiece if it were written by David Bowie.

Edit: And you're actually not too far off, either. R.A. has toured with ICP, opening for them.

Top marks to both of you. I really like this music. Pretty sure I've encountered both on MB before. I totally wouldn't mind getting a CD or two with these bands. They even appeal to me in similar ways: Detailed, structured, but lively instrumental music with a lot of personality and energy.

Turns out this album is pretty promising. Followed a Youtube link to another Incubus album and also liked what I heard there.

I like the bass grooves, the drumming, and even the vocalist (even if he sometimes reminds me a slight bit of Anthony Kiedis).

Liked it: Ehhhh..... I'm not so sure. I'm not sure I think that guys' vocal approach really works for me. In any case, I'd have to return to this one to really know what I feel about it. I like some things about it, but also kinda don't gel with it entirely.
