Probably the second worse thing to happen to a person besides being stuck on a deserted island is having someone pick albums for them. Bending the rules a wee bit with ten bands and eleven albums.

Lisnholic

  5. Tea and symphony - Jo Sago (1970)
  6. Traffic ‎– The Low Spark Of High Heeled Boys (1971)
  7. Skara Brae ‎– Skara Brae (1971) (Gaelic)

^ Thank you very much for the albums, which would all be welcome on a desert island. I’m not familiar with Skara Brae or Michal Urbaniak, but I’ll check them out. Thanks. You chose some real favourites of mine although TBH, I’d probably like to squeeze in something a bit noisier too: Can or Beefheart perhaps.

While my desert island would have some fresh material, I’m afraid that my albums for your desert island are mainly albums that you’ve mentioned yourself on MB already. Anyway, I hope you still like them, and my apologies if I haven’t picked anything punk, which is another genre that I think you’re interested in too.

1. Fuschia – Self-titled album
2. The Front Bottoms – Talon of the Hawk
3. Orange Alabaster Mushroom – Space and Time
4. 3 Hur-El – Hurel Arsivi
5. Sarah Brightman – The songs of Andrew Lloyd Webber
6. 5th Dimension – Portrait
7. Eddie Harris – Swiss Movement
8. Ranking Roger – Radical Departure
9. America – Self-titled
10. Stefan Grossman – Yazoo Basin Boogie
