I don't remember, I don't recall that they were married. I really do not have a tabloidic knowledge of who's whose partner in Rock and Roll. Very few exceptions, like I know that Stewart Copeland of the Police had a relationship with/married/divorced Sonja Kristina from Curved Air.

That Gabriel track "also" featured Dave Gregory, besides Robert Fripp on guitar. In lieu of a four string electric bass Fripp's bandmate, Tony Levin, on Chapman Stick. Fripp played guitar on No Self Control without Dave Gregory.

Well, Toyah and Fripp have been married for over 30 years.
Actually, I think that if you're going to use that Gabriel album
as a source, I think one of the strangest collabs from that album
is that not only is Larry Fast (whom was mentioned earlier in
Exo's thread) on that album, but he's playing bagpipes(!) on it.
I think I remember Dick Morrissey being on that album too.

Thumbs up

Been on a Chris Cornell (RIP) - Soundgarden, Audioslave, solo career - binge of late and just found this.

I'm always newly awestruck whenever I catch something else Chris Cornell has done - that he was able to both capture the embodiment of the original artist, while imprinting w/his own inimitable grace -
(I'm not one for acoustic, but for these voices & content...absolutely breathtaking! After what transpired, a haunting song to have done w/the also outstanding Cat Stevens - brings chills!) - Maybe not so unexpected, after all, but poignant.

It makes sense in the grand scheme of things but goddamn what a giant for Wolf Eyes to collab with. They rise up to the occasion too.

1. Two above links not working.

2. You give us albums, Frownland.

All I can think of are the Eno collaborations: Fripp, Hassell, Byrne, and of course, U2.

Rush didn't add a 4th member to the group. That's 'Til Tuesday singer Aimee Mann (Known for the song "Voices Carry" and later the wife of singer Michael Penn!). Rush called her and asked if she wanted to sing on a Rush song. She agreed. Everyone involved had a good time.

To my knowledge, this is the only time in Rush's history that someone outside of the band was involved with them on record!

might take a while before I find the original video.

Spoiler for Parachute Club & John Oates - Love Is Fire:

Spoiler for Mustt Mustt : Kiran Ahluwalia with Tinariwen:
