Agreed, I think it's underrated slightly.

My favourite Bowie albums in order would be:

Hunky Dory
The Man Who Sold The World
Heroes
Low

^^ All of these could change around with each other depending on how I am feeling but they're all 5* to me.

Then:

TRAFOZSATSFM
Station to Station
Scary Monsters
Diamond Dogs
Aladdin Sane
Young Americans

Then:

Lodger
Space Oddity
Let's Dance

The above three I think are all very good albums. David Bowie has a lot of great albums.
