Post Psychological effects for female fans attracted by boy bands

Are there any scientific theories on why girls get too excited every time boy bands make their appearance? Like, for instance every time Justin Bieber or One Direction gets on stage, most of their female fans always scream on the top of their lungs. It's been always like that since The Beatles, Michael Jackson, and New Kids On The Block. On the other hand, why do boys get less excited when female artists appear on stage? Are they less excited when Taylor Swift or Katy Perry make their surprise appearances?

On the one hand, I am genuinely curious why women tend to be such screamers compared to men.

On the other, I'm internally struggling to not make any more trite references to op's disdain for naked chicks in music vids.

Maybe men are emotionally repressed and only scream when they murder each other.

I screamed when I saw Katy Perry but it was "If I can't have you then no one will!".

I've never understood choreography beyond performance and entertainment, to be honest. In plays and broadway musicals, yes, I get it, it's part of the show and adds flare to the experience, but when you have the production cost of a multi-million dollar televised sponsor, it stops making sense to me. If I had stadium-tier music production equipment, for example, I honestly wouldn't give a damn about what was happening on the stage outside of the music itself. I'd probably be too busy getting my jollies off at the fact that I can smack my lips into a microphone like the Honey Smacks frog and produce a bass resonance so awesome it'd register on the Richter scale. Music has always been kind of a sexist thing, which is unfortunate because I've met a ****load of very talented female musicians over the years, all of whom of which have told me at one point or another that they don't want to be recognized for being female musicians, they want to be recognized for being musicians, which to me is understandable.

Because women are gayer than men.

The trick is not to scream. That way, she won't notice you sneaking up on her.

How old are you? What year is this? Your posts make you seem like a 70 year old ultra-religious man. Is your name Barney too? I think I'm on to something. Go scream at a cloud.

That's gotta be it, pretty much.
I feel stupid for missing it.
