I listened to “Discipline” by King Crimson ahead of TH’s review because I had never heard it (I have of course listened to and greatly appreciate their more well-known albums like Crimson King and Red). It’s really good. Very different feel than their other work. Interested to see TH’s thoughts

Ja I prefer their "classic" lineup from 1972-1974 because it's their wildest output, but the Belew era stuff (Disclipline, Beat, Three of a Perfect Pair) is really excellent proggy new wave so be sure to check out those two as well. Frankly, KC never released anything that wasn't amazing and their whole discography is worth a gander or twenty. The Power to Believe from 2002 is particularly underrated imo.

I mean just listen to this mindmelting **** (couldn't find the OG version. The song starts at 2:40)

Nice. And yeah I genuinely can’t say I’ve ever heard anything from them that was less than excellent, honestly not sure why I never dug into their discography sooner. I can feel a binge coming on

I think you know the answer to that.

Right. That's it. I can't do this anymore.

Every ****ing line I've checked and when I get to the one that supposedly is causing the error and take it out, I STILL get the error! So it's far too much work and a pain in the arse trying to figure out what the **** this **** of a system is having a problem with every ****ing time I post. I've written out the review but it won't post, so I'm sorry; you'll just have to wait for any further reviews until someone sorts this out.

I didn't come back here to wrestle with a stupid bastard of a system that constantly stops me posting for the most ridiculous and bizarre reasons. So this thread will have to go on hiatus until the powers that be (or be not) have worked out what in the damn hell is wrong with the system and I can post without having to check every ****ing line of a post I make.

Sorry, but I've had it. That's how it will have to be for now.

It's a hate for the glitch in the system, yes.

I think that the system is challenging you to overcome your over-reliance on parentheses.

Yes but I removed them all and it still wouldn't post. Thought it might have been that Asian script in one of the track titles, removed that, still no way. After all, I don't necessarily overuse parentheses, just to bold section titles. I tried taking them all out and it still ****ed me over. So it can **** off. I'm tired doing this. It's enough work writing the review without spending the next ten or twenty minutes trying to work out why the ****er won't post! No me gusta.
