It was very entertaining to me! You were just as confused as I'd hoped. And your wife interrupting is adorable.

Anyway, basically it's an homage to/parody of typical (privileged white soccer) girl sisterhood with a bunch of queer innuendoes. There are subtitles which give some more clarity but they're not super good. 'lekker' is a delightful, versatile word which is not really translateable here but roughly the title is 'fun with the girls'

I don't know how into English the Belgians are but is it a total coincidence that lekker sounds like "lick her"?
