Nah, complete trash. It's like these bands are so far removed from the energy and rawness of old metal that they don't even know it exists, but are so ignorant of the heaviness that metal has achieved that even though they concentrate entirely on nothing but rhythmic thudding they still act as if they are entirely ignorant of the only thing they do more than older metal bands. It's like they have no reason to exist other than to have more clean production.

I will say, having so much more free time really motivated me to seek out more music. THANKS, INTERNET AND WHOEVER INVENTED THE MP3 FILE FORMAT!
