Spoiler alert. They gave back the 5 Grammys and personally gave them to the Rightful Winners (Axl, my Protagonist suggested they personally give the Grammys to the Rightful Winners and they all agreed to do this and did it. :D

Wouldn't a band like that say "we're in it for the fans, screw the grammies"?

Funny thing you should say that.

When Cake Cream and Axl only thought they were up for New Artist Grammy Award, Axl was fighting back feelings of resentment and envy that his Protege was up for New Artist Grammy Award when his own band, Guns N'Roses still didn't have a Grammy. Axl wrote a speech for Cake Cream in case they won and the speech Axl wrote for them made it look like they were arrogant, narcissistic, and egotistical.

Here is Axl's speech he wrote for them.

"We are so honored to be blessed with the New Artist Of The Year Award. Just a little while ago, we were opening Acts and performing in bars and now we have won the New Artist Of The Year Award! We'd like to thank God, Claven Records, Guns N'Roses, Our Fans, The Music Industry in general for this prestigious Award! Thank you all so much!"



Here is Cake Cream's speech.



"Thank you guys so much for the New Artist Award. We love and strive to make Fans happy and we are honored by the New Artist Award. Thank you Mom, Dad, God, Our Fans, Guns N'Roses, Claven Records, and The Music Industry in general. We wouldn't have this Award if weren't for all of you!"

Axl admitted the Cake Cream speech sounded better. ;)

That's an interesting band name too, Cake Cream. It reminds me of a Tragically Hip song called Coconut Cream.

D Interestingly enough, Cake Cream, my Fictional Band was an afterthought that took center stage. :D I wrote that Young Axl went to a Current Guns N'Roses Concert to see his older self in action, ;) and Cake Cream was Guns N'Roses Opening Act. My Fictional Axl was like,"Cake Cream is really good!" And that was supposed to be the beginning and the end of Cake Cream right there in a nutshell but then I decided that Axl liked them so much, he looked them up and showed up at a gig they were doing and offered to be their Manager and they accepted (He pretended to be Michael Randall Johnson as his cover, ;) and Cake Cream History was made. :D
