Would you give back the 5 Grammys? :/
 

Let's say that you are part of a New Band and you are up for New Artist Of The Year Grammy Award. At the Grammy Awards Ceremony, you win New Artist Of The Year. After you and your Band win New Artist Of The Band, you are surprised that you guys also won Song Of The Year, Record Of The Year, Album Of The Year,Best Collaboration Of The Year, and Best Performance Of The Year Grammies. You guys are all excited. You guys won SIX Grammys in just ONE night. The next day, the Grammy Committee bursts your bubble and informs you and your Band Members and your Manager that you guys were only eligible for the New Artist Of The Year Grammy Award since you are so new and the other 5 Grammy Nominations for you were meant to be for NEXT year's Grammy Award Ceremony, not this year's. They suggest you guys give back the 5 Grammys. Do you give back the 5 Grammies or do you keep the Grammys? :/

I am writing a Music Fan Fiction, and in my Music Fan Fiction, I had the Band win New Artist Grammy Award and 5 other Grammys. I then researched Grammy Award Requirements, and according to the Grammy Award Requirements, my Fictional Band didn't meet the extra 5 Grammy Award Requirements. They only met the New Artist Award Requirement. So I wrote that the Grammy Committee said that they qualified for NEXT year's Grammys for the other 5 Grammys, not this year but the Grammy Committee accidentally put them up for 2022 Nominations, not 2023. The Grammy Committee was like,"Uh, we made a mistake with those 5 Grammys you won for 2022. They were supposed to be 2023 Nominations since you guys are so new. Can we please get the 5 Grammys back?"

Well if I were them I'd say "screw you, grammy committee, we're keepin' em!"

Of, course, you realize if that would actually happen, it would have been all over the news in a matter of hours so you have to keep that in mind as well.

I think it's doubtful that the Grammy committee or whatever would want their stupidity known, so they would I reckon keep schtumm and just let them keep all five.

One particular rant from a Fan of my Fictional Band was " Grammy Committee, here's a check for 200 Million! Oops! Give it back! We meant to only give you $200!"
