well well well first off get your facts straight the album with the SONG take her to the music store was Too Bad You're Beautiful which was great! Then they came out with The Fiction We Live which is just as good. And wow so at one point they were playing to some teenage girls, so that must be all they play for huh? Next you might want to look at what forum you're on THE EMO FORUM, of course we know emo started in the 80's with Rites of Spring and Fugazi and that the bands you listed aren't true emo, thats no huge discovery sherlock! We live in a post-emo state but most people just refer to it as emo and we could bitch and moan about it for days but that doesn't sound too fun

...i have alot to say, but not the time...

but anyway, daivd if you have not learned yet, you have to backup your opinions before you get bitched at.. ha ha
we have too many kids that come in and say emo is *** you all should kill yourself, and we are used to verbally abusing these ignorant children. when you come in and make fun of well liked bands without any backup, you apppear to be one of those, so we tend to practice our verbally abusing attitudes... sorry

i love to debate, but you guys are getting a little bit into it, calm it down a bit. its about the music we like and dont like...not about the people who say stuff about the music we like and dont like...so just state your opinions with backup and say them kindly and we wont have any problems...

Killswitch is a very good metal band.

One of the best metal bands that alot should check out is The Black Dahlia Murder. And Pig Destroyer.

as for hardcore, its all about Some Girls. This band is nuts.

(as far as all the other comments and side chatter, i did not come here to start drama as some may seem. i simply came to spread some music and perhaps learn of some new bands and talk about music with other people who are passionate about it, so i will let the drama end here. if anyone else cares to keep a reasonable debate going, i will be more than obliged as long as there is no mudslinging)
