but AILD and IDT recycle the riffs that At The Gates and In Flames made awesome more than 10 years ago. and neither band is any good at it either. throw in some breakdowns that reek of "I really wish we were in Killswitch Engage" and predictable sing-along chorus's and you've got modern metalcore.

but to be fair i like Forever. Good pump up song.
