Default Quicksand

This is easily my favorite Post Hardcore band of all time, it's that simple. I'd say that they, along with Fugazi, paved the way for all of the late 90's Post Hardcore bands and the Post Hardcore bands that followed. All I have by them is their second and last album, Manic Compression and I upped it incase anyone wanted it:

1. "Backward" (1:43)
2. "Delusional" (4:05)
3. "Divorce" (1:44)
4. "Simpleton" (2:45)
5. "Skinny (It's Overflowing)" (2:27)
6. "Thorn In My Side" (2:37)
7. "Landmine Spring" (3:21)
8. "Blister" (2:30)
9. "Brown Gargantuan" (4:04)
10. "East 3rd St." (4:01)
11. "Supergenius" (2:52)
12. "It Would Be Cooler If You Did" (6:27)

Slip is a really good album, I am so old that I bought it when it came out. I'll have a look around and if I can find it I'll up it

That would be nice, I intended on ordering it from interpunk but they were out of stock at the time, hopefully they'll get more in.

I remember taking one of their albums to school , putting it on in the common room full blast & having all the rave kids threatening to kick the sh*t out of me if I didn`t turn it off

I did the same with Cursive, with similar results.
Awesome band, there isn't a bad song on Slip, even The Smiths cover is good.

slip is much better than manic compression. omission is by far the best quicksand song.
