You do realize that there can be more than one country that underwent a romantic era? Just as there was more than one renaisance. Im looking things in a much broader spetrum than you.

i think what was said earlier about emo not being outdoors related isnt true becasue if you think about it, alot of 'emo' bands say they get their inspiration from experiences and sadness or whatever and alot of songs are based around pathetic fallacy (weather reflecting mood) so i think that outdoors n weather etc. has quite a bit to do with emo music
