i reckon theres probly a sorta thing happening at my school like what angie said, but not as extreme. like people hang around with people like them but its mainly cos they have the same kinda interests. personally, i hang round with heaps of people both younger and older than me... otherwise i get bored talkin tothe same people... i think that kids are just insecure and looking for something to hold onto to make themselves feel like they belong to something... and i think ive already posted that....

we're all part of some form of trend. we need to belong to something, its our identity. people who say their unique and part of no trend are still in a trend- if you understand me.

DONT BE SUCH A WHINY EMO!!
No Im just kidding. Something I've grown to except is that trends come and go but I dont bcare because I am what I am and most likely always will be. I dont subscribe myself to any labels like a punk or an emo kid or a metal head or a rude buy its all just silly. People naturally want two things. 1. To be accepted and 2. To be in power When your in a clique or a member of a "scene" then you are accepted by your peers and your allowed to feel superior and morwe powerful to those who are npot in your clique. When they encounter a different trend or clique they already have accepted the idea that they are better and you have tension., name calling, etc etc. So really who cares. |
