Into It. Over It. a pretty cool project by Evan Thomas Weiss, his first album, 52 Weeks is literally 52 songs that he wrote and performed, each week throughout 2007, and a good majority of them are solid. I recommend.

Wouldn't call this "emo", but I couldn't recommend enough Des Ark's acoustic albums (WXDU vol. 1-3). It'd definitely filled with emotion though. Some of my favorite acoustic stuff ever.
