Why isn't there a hardcore forum?

Yeah a Hardcore forum would be cool but I'm not sure how many people here like hardcore. You could always ask to have this changed to Hardcore/Emo though as they are closely related. Failing that, we could always just discuss hardcore here anyway.

Well technically emo should be a subsection of hardcore but that would still be good.

i think hardcore threads in an emo forum is sufficient. If we really wanted to be that picky every forum would be a subforum of "music" and so forth and so forth. I just think that it would be more confusing for some if we have 20 differant forums to search through to find out where to post about a certain band.

its because evil demons went into the minds of everyone that decides the fourms on this website and told them that if they out in a hardcore fourm they would takeover the minds of every one they care about... so they decided not to put in hardcore fourm because they dont like the ones they care about being took over by evil demons :)

hardcore/metalcore would be cool.

Metalcore might attract loads of "Atreyu rulez coz MTV2 said so!!11!" ***s though, but that's the risk you run I guess :).

I dunno. Hardcore is really trendy and popular, I think it would receive a lot of attention. People are gonna f*ck up on where to post bands regardless, the punk/emo forums have always had that problem.
