steps:-

1. Smoke 2 packs of unfiltered Camels
2. Do not drink any liquids for a whole day
3. Do not expel any phlegm that accumulates
4. Make a gargling sound for half an hour without using any liquids
5. Develop emphysema

You got one part wrong. Do not drink any liquids? NO! Drink at least a bottle of Whiskey a day... and nothing else.

Whiskey and Cigarettes are equally important.
