Default Great Lyrics/Great Music HELP!

Anyone who knows of bands with good lyrics & nice sound...please help me!

I have to do a project on a band that has lyrics giving us insight on their worldviews (ex: what they think of things, etc) If anyone can help, its GREATLY appreciated!

Bright Eyes all the way, man. Get "Im Wide Awake Its Morning" or "Lifted..." for modern poetry. Or you could do a really coold and contemporary proj on The Streets or summat, and blabber on about how Mike Skinners the new Johnny Rotten or some bs, JUST SOUND LIKE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. Always works a charm for me

So anyone like the somewhat hopefullness in Clap Your Hands Say Yeahs melancholia then?.....................
