i think your post can be summed up in one sentence: blur was willing to cover much more ground than oasis.

i do agree with you, if only because i loved think tank. i liked oasis in high school, but i never really loved them. their attitudes pissed me off a lot. who knows what they could have done if they weren't just fighting and trying to show up in the media all the time?
