That band is not really my taste, but yes, i think that you don't have much more answers because they sing in French, or more generally, because they don't sing in English.

Well I don't know french either but the music should be universal. Sigur ros is crazy popular, and nobody understands a word they're saying. Whatever, I shall not be deterred. We can talk about how we kicked your asses in handball until someone else sees this thread...

Oh incidentally, are they at all popular in France? And can you recommend some better francophone alternatives? I'm just really liking French with rock right now.

Well I like the drums but it feels a little too early nineties. I can't really judge by just a few songs. I'll try des Visages des Figures, apparently Manu Chao collaborated on it.

I was thinking something more...experimental? Or contemporary...
