It's so hard picking a top 5 or 10 songs by this band, for me at least.

I think Grounded might be my favourite, and I love Perfume V and Shady Lane too. That might be the top 3.

Normally I can't ever pick a favorite song by a band that I love but I actually do have one with Pavement: Frontwards.
This is pure, true Pavement to me

Conduit For Sale is up there too, such a fun song!

Frontwards, Gold Soundz... so many good ones. Secret Knowledge of Backroads is probably my favourite of their B-Sides.

1. Summer Babe (Winter Version)
2. Blue Hawaiian
3. Gold Soundz
4. Cut Your Hair
5. Zurich is Stained

In my humble opinion. Anybody seeing them with Sonic Youth at the Hollywood Bowl at the end of the month?

I would give an arm to see that! :'(

Is that the Matador 21st party? It looks insane. Guided By Voices, Belle and Sebastian, Yo La Tengo and Cold Cave are also playing

It's all about Wowee Zowee for me, but I also have a soft spot for Terror Twilight.

I wanted to see them on the tour, but I couldn't work anything out.

I'm in Wisconsin. I live about 2 1/2 hours from Milwaukee where they were playing.

It sucks not having my own car.
