Default Born Ruffians

this is a group that i was lucky enough to get to see the last time i was in toronto, and if you haven't already you need to hear their ****.

in their own words,
"Luke Lalonde, Mitch DeRosier and Steve Hamelin. We are the next link in the evolutionary chain of contemporary pop music, mixing drums, bass, and electric guitar, an almost unheard of combination, with bits of harmonium, piano and plenty of hootin and hollerin"

basically a folk-jam indie band whose latest record "Red, Yellow & Blue" is thoroughly stellar.

these dudes are sick.
