Got the album. Very good. Reminiscent of First Impressions of Earth, except less scattered (as you'd expect with it only being 8 songs long). A tight, cohesive little gem that has exceeded my expectations.

I'll seek it out at some point so.I think there's an OK album buried in the disaster that was First Impressions Of Earth.It put me off Strokes in a huge way, so scattershot,wildly inconsistent and devoid of the spark of Is This It? or the focus of Room On Fire was it.:( |
