Muscle Museum is the best Muse song, Showbiz is the best album. Went through a Muse stage little while back, I've seen 'em live twice, f*cking excellent band live. If you ever get the chance, go!

I just got the absorbtion album.....what i wonder is what sub genre of prog are they..like i know that they are not HUGE Prog guys but there all prog qualities to their music...but what genre do they falll under...a nice easy Alt rock or what?

Well, some dont consider Muse prog, but Rick Wakeman does, hes a big Muse fan, and that guy is a prog god.

I really dont know what sub genre they fall into...Some prog bands are just prog plain and simple (King Crimson for example).

i have all their albums and my fave has always been origin of symmetry.
My fave song is from the absolution album though - Thoughts of a dying atheist
my fave song that they have released is hysteria
love them they're great
