Well, some dont consider Muse prog, but Rick Wakeman does, hes a big Muse fan, and that guy is a prog god.

I really dont know what sub genre they fall into...Some prog bands are just prog plain and simple (King Crimson for example).

im an absolution guy. may be their most mainstream, but i also think its their most assured.
