I've seen them live about 4 times now. First time was at V Festival in 2001 just a short while after OOS had come out. I hadn't heard it yet but had heard Showbiz and bar a few tracks wasnt that bothered with it. I actually only watched Muse because Texas was on the other stage but watching them live completely converted me. I bought OOS the very next day on the way home from the festival and Showbiz was suddenly much more accessible to me as well.

I saw them again at Leeds festival the following year which was great because this time i knew what to expect and they didnt disappoint. It was funny to me because i had gotten into them so much in that year and they werent really the commercial success they would soon become, not just yet anyway and so coming back through the crowd afterwards i was just getting snippets of peoples conversations as they were talking about how impressed they were and people asking others around them what they were called and so on. I remember this made me very happy.

I've seen them twice since then at their own gigs, once promoting Absolution and again supporting Black Holes. They are very high energy and make so much noise for a three piece. Plus you get to check out some of Matts funky guitars, he should still be using this one -

Also i believe that when you see them they should be playing a song ive wanted to hear them perform live ever since the first gig in 2001, and in a way i have never heard them perform it before

Basically you should love it.
