Most of Radiohead's discography, excluding 'Pablo Honey', would be on my list, especially 'OK Computer'. Also, Bowie's 'Hunky Dory' is a memorable album, together with PJ Harvey's 'White Chalk' and Tricky's 'Maxinquaye'.
