Actually that wasn't really Nirvana Liz, considering Kurt had nothing to do with the track.

It was released by Nirvana though, I thought,
And Noveselic (sp?) did play the bass on the track

Kurt was not the whole of Nirvana

But Kurt was clearly the man the people loved. Kurt was Nirvana, why did they break up after he died then. They knew would never achive the succuess and music Kurt had brought them.

I fail to see how that relates
There were other members in that band
And the song was by Nirvana
Not the Foo Fighters

Mmm, let's see, they write boring, mediocre safe radio rock songs, that are nothing different, and nothing new. Dave Grohl is an awful lyricist, really, and they are all average muscisians, who basically follow the same formula for every song, and create average music that is nothing special. I don't understand what they have about them that makes them any differnet from any other band that's around

And it's not like I hate them or anything
'Cause I'll listen to them from time to time, I don't particularly mind
But I'll admit that they are nothing more than medicore.

And did that really require two post?
Dave Grohl is not an average musician. in my opinion, he is special. Kurt Cobain was a lyricist of the highest order, but lacked vocal talent. Dave Grohl has the whole package.

Dave Grohls lyrics make me cringe:\

And Kurt didn't need amazing vocals
He was a great frontman

I never said it was a a Foo Fighters song, but it was a precursor to Foo Fighters and Dave's musical ambitions.
They're where other people in the band Dave and Krist but Kurt was the brains.

i agree with you 100%. Nirvana's was an institution governed by one man, and when he died the whole band died.

Dave is aan avergae musician. He's guitar playing is well...bad I mean I've only been playing for 4 months and I can play as well as him. His songwriting his just to safe...unlike Nirvana.

They are a great band, and very good. But i would not put them on this godly level you are because they are not the slightest bit orgonal.

Dont get me wrong though, they make wonderful music.
