Excellent band. Future Perfect is a great album and to see them open for QOTSA and NIN would have been amazing. I'm so jealous! I read that Carla has contributed to Jubilee's debut album, which should be interesting. Hopefully the new record will be out soon.

I heard they've been done with the record. But their debut album took over a year to mix, it's looks like they're going down that road again.

I have one of their tracks from 2005 on a compilation at home. Must dig it out and have another listen.

I have "Future Perfect" and it's been a recent favorite, I had a couple of people ask me for the link to it after they heard "Turnstyle Blues" on that shoegaze comp.

To be honest, without future perfect I'd probably be ignorant of the whole shoegaze genre. Here's praise for Autolux and hope that Transit Transit builds from the original rather than falling short. [;

Future Perfect is not just a great shoegaze album, it's a great guitar album full stop.

I'm pretty turned onto them after listening to the shoegaze comp, going to have to investigate further...

What does everyone think of their newish album? It came out last year, but I've heard no mention of it on the boards except from me. "Supertoys" is a pretty good song, but I think "Transit Transit" doesn't match up to "Future Perfect".
