I just finished listening to the album, a nd it just seems so new wave-y 80's to me. Not that that's a bad thing. Nothing too special, though. Helicopter is kind of annoying. It doesn't stand out to me.

just saw them live last night at metropolis... pretty insane stuff... they played some of their 3rd album and quite a bit of their 1st and 2nd albums.. it was pretty SICK

I actually really like the new album. Yes, they've turned to alot of studio trickery, but I think it's effective. "Signs" is beautiful, probably my favorite on the new record.
