It's alright but it wants to be Dirty part 2 so bad it hurts.

Me too. They arent one of those bands I tend to return to very often to be honest.

I constantly have EVOL, Sister, Daydream Nation and Goo on rotation. I'm not a massive fan of Dirty but I really like their new album Rather Ripped.

that album just didn't cut it for me. I love Sister, Daydream Nation, EVOL, and Goo, but there was something about Rather Ripped that got on my nerves.

I wish I could articulate my issue with that album, I literally spent about half and hour discussing that album with a worker at this little cd shop near my house, and I was having the worse trouble articulating my emotions about it. It was just sub par for some odd reason.

How much I wish I could go to these. Sonic Youth performing Daydream Nation and Slint doing Spiderland. Would be so incredible.
I am! Just for Slint though.

My mom is making me fly back to school before Sonic Youth.

Man, I realized that I haven't been on here since June of last year, but I noticed that this little thread that I made had gotten quite long. It's pretty cool.

Anyway, I'm thinking about going to that All Tomorrow's Parties thing just to see Sonic Youth. They're one of the bands that I most want to see live.
