Thanks. I've been looking for it on vinyl recently.
Don't know if it was released on vinyl, but I crave hearing Roygbiv in the format.

But, anyways, NMH - Another CD I've been meaning to trade for vinyl. Does such a thing exist?

I can honestly say that the last four lines or so of 'In The Aeroplane Over The Sea' is my favorite lines in music ever.

And when we meet on a cloud
I'll be laughing out loud
I'll be laughing with everyone I see
Can't believe how strange it is to be anything at all, at all

It reminds me so much of my deceased best friend it makes me cry and smile whenever I hear it. The lead singer has such an emotional and honest voice I can always enjoy listening to it. Beautiful part of the song will always be with.
What's great about that is those lines are completely meaningless to me yet they have such an impact on you. Music is a-ok.

If you're posting in the music forums make sure to be thoughtful and expressive, if you're posting in the lounge ask yourself "is this something that adds to the conversation?" It's important to remember that a lot of people use each thread. You're probably not as funny or clever as you think, I know I'm not.

Yepppp

But I always thought in that part, 'cloud' as heaven and the last line is just showing confusion over death. Always hit me in a powerful way.

This is one of the great things about NMH: The lyrics are interpreted in so many different ways by so many different people and it has such deep and profound meaning for everyone of those people. Very sorry about your friend Double X.

building on the whole "it's crazy and awesome how people can interpret so many things within music differenty yet still be impacted very strongly" motif, i've always thought of this line expressing more confusion over existence in general, and it's probably the most meaningful anything to me.

Indeed, I have both "Aeroplane" as well as "Avery" on vinyl.

The chain record store where I live, Newbury Comics, does a great job making alot of underground music, and cool stuff to get on vinyl like NMH available. My friend who's stuck in the Navy in Illinois was saying how much we take it for granted, because the few kids he's met that aren't into nu-metal have to order everything online.

Ha! Suckers!

Although I don't have a car, and if I'm not visiting Boston I have to walk three miles to the nearest one.

But then again, it seems as though many would kill for that sort of proximity.

As do I, going to work and such. It's a pain in the ass regardless, and the trip there and back takes a minimum of an hour and a half. I guess I'm just whiney today
