Smile hi everyone!!

how are you guys
my name's veronica, I'm almost 29
I've been very nostalgic about my teenage years on the internet so I'm glad I found this forum

I like 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s music the most. I love classic rock, jazz, funk, disco, soul, grunge, pop, a little heavy metal and classical music
overall I try to keep an open mind, any recommendations are always welcome

besides music I also like watching movies (horror is my favorite genre), birdwatching and reading

I hope we can be friends!!

If you want music discussion, Veronica, you're unlikely to get it here, where it's kind of the Titanic after the lifeboats were launched. Most of the people who were active here are now on our new forum

https://scd.community/index.php

Feel free to join us there.

Mostly been listening to the same old favorites as usual: Stranglers, Banshees, Roxy, Can... Also to some horror soundtracks like James Bernard, because we've been watching a bunch of Hammer Horror flicks.

I like Yuja Wang. Her Bartok is great and I've been meaning to open a Bartok thread in classical. I esp like her Schubert/Liszt, the transcriptions of Schubert's songs.
