because when i was new to this forum...i figured everyone here probably knew more about music than i did.

No, if someone disrespected my musical knowledge then I would reconsider what I said to them and take their comments humbly but that is just what I would do...

I'm saying you obvious are too select with known bands to experiement with other music. If you had such an extensive knowledge, you would know about more than just well known bands.

You are just being to sensitive. He hates Greenday, I hate them, deal with it.

Really? That is strange thinking. Honestly I am not arguing I just think that is not logical. It is a music forum and anyone can sign up. What if for eg:- Eric Clapton was to sign up tommorow, would you have more knowledge than him?

Maybe I am, I can deal with the fact he hates Greenday I have explained that! I cant deal with the fact that he thought that I needed help with my musical tastes because of it. Isn't that wrong?
