Default Newbie here!

Hey, everybody. I'm 16 years old, turning 17 soon, and I'm from New York. I pretty much listen to hip-hop and rock. But recently, I've found this Blues fan inside me. During a recent trip to Chicago I experienced true music culture and character... The Blues. May sound strange coming from a 16 year old kid, but man, what a great thing this is. I'm still unsure of what bands are good and all that stuff. Any Blues fans on here?

I don't know much about blues, Frances and Right Track might. But still, welcome and enjoy your stay.

Welcome. Hope to have fun diring your stay here. And blues can be fun. I helped my boyfriend move and my job was to sit in the bed of his truck and make sure none of his stuff was stolen. By the way, this was downtown Detroit. While sitting there someone had their window wide open while playing some REAL blues on his guitar. It was magic.....but also, it being Detroit, I also listened to a couple fighting about something, I heard "baby's daddy" a few times and I witnessed her kick him out....scary ****.

Sorry about the small rant. The point of all this....you're welcome here.
