I'm an all around music freak who's been posting over at Harmony central Guitar jam for the past five years, been having connection issues which is how I found this place (I'm a a bit of a forum junkie). Looks like a good place here.

Anyway I'm 37, play guitar and am overall obsessed with music. (and real Football)

My favorite band of all time is The Grateful Dead. although i don't listen to them as much anymore they still hold a special place. I'm a huge fan of the Kraut and anything Brian Eno has done. The new Eno/ Byrne CD (i just DL it today) is incredible , every bit as good as "my life in the Bush of ghosts"

some of my favorite bands who i haven't mentioned already are.....Can, Phish, NEU!, Richard Thompson, Stereolab, Yo La Tengo, Neutral Milk Hotel, Flaming lips, Joy Division, Gabriel era Genesis, Pink Floyd, Ryan Adams, Gram Parsons, Modest Mouse, etc ....and Neko Case is a Goddess
