I'm a pretty average person I guess. I'm 19, I own a townhouse in Burke, Virginia (so I don't live at home), I'm a gov't contractor for Wyle Information Systems, I have a little bit of an obsession for motorcycles (I own 3... 1997 Suzuki TL1000S, '03 Suzuki SV650, and an '04 Suzuki CBR600RR), and I'm extremely social. My job permits me to take a lot of weekend trips and short vacations, so I travel from time to time.

Favorite bands? I wouldn't say I have a favorite band or group, because I'm a music binger. I listen to one genre for a week, or one artist for a few days, then leave it alone for months. I listen to everything. Rock, Metal, Jazz, Country, Rap, Indie, and a lot of electronic (IDM, D&B, Speedcore, Trance, House, Jungle...).

Not sure what else you would like to know, but I'm open to questions!

Wow, 19 and you own your own home. That's pretty impressive really!

I'm totally the same as you with the music binging by the way.

It's been a while since I joined but do the terms and conditions for this site state you have to say this 'I listen to everything', because all the noobs say this.

Welcome, btw, which albums are you currently enjoying?

It was sort of a "by-chance" thing, how it happened. Prior to this job I was working alongside my older brother in his real estate company and receiving commission from him. This was before the economy went south, of course. I built up quite a large sum of money and started investing in house flipping. If you don't know what that is, it's where you buy an average home and renovate it to sell for profit. I went into partnership with a co-worker and bought the house I currently live in. I didn't invest nearly as much as he did, but we had a contract that included a few things. I'll simplify it, but the reason I am now the sole owner is because in one portion of the contract it states "Incarceration of one or more partners for any given amount of time will end this partnership and remaining assets will be turned over to blah blah blah". Pretty much, my partner started drinking too much, and started using Cocain. He was arrested with an amount classified in Virginia as "intent to distribute" and with his past record for Possesion of Cocain he was sentenced to a fair amount of time. I took over the assets and became sole owner of this house. I'm only 19, and completely satisfied with the state of this place, so I have no intention any more of selling this place. I'll be here for a while.

I'm currently listening to Spineshank and Soulfly, by the way. Both of their disco's.
