Hey everybody - new here. Been lurking and reading posts for a little while, decided I have the power to join and not let it take over my life. maybe.

Yeah! I'm a drummer - came to Boston to study at Berklee, and I play in a band called RIBS (kind of like Deftones (White Pony-era), Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters, Muse, QOTSA type stuff). Unfortunately, it's not my full-time job yet. I'm in marketing, and build websites on the side.

Do most of the people on the forums play?

Hey Sugar, we have another percussionist on the forums...

Welcome to the forums, Chris. When I went to college (the first time) I majored in Percussion and double bass. And yes, most of us play on these forums.
