What's up MusicBanter? I was recommended by Btown787 and we're pretty good friends in person. I'm into a variety of genres, mostly ska, punk, reggae and mathrock. Some of my favorite bands are Don Caballero, Sublime, Suicide Machines, 311, The Goats and The Expendables.

Thanks guys, hopefully I can live up to the expectations set by Btown. My name is a twist on a band called New Mexican Disaster Squad and I'm hispanic and people always tell me that I jumped the border so I made it New Mexican Border Squad. I didn't know what else to make it haha. I started playing around with a guitar that my grandpa gave me about two weeks ago, but aside from that, I don't really play any instruments.

I am Puerto Rican and yes, I'm still trying to learn some basic chords but it's a good way to spend time when I'm bored.
