Default Well Hello all...

Hi everyone...

My Name is Rachie...looking forward to being a part of the forums.

I play guitar and sing, write all my own stuff and perform quite regularly. I also play in a blues and rockabilly band as lead guitarist. I can play quite a few other instruments like the accordian, mandolin, harmonica, sax, flute and violin.

I love most genres. Music is my main passion, I love studying it, playing it, writing about it, reading about it, chatting about it and of course listening to it!

My favourite artists/composers are John Williams, Pearl Jam, Kate Rusby, Fairport Convention, Manchester Orchestra, Iron Maiden and London Elektricity so quite a range.

I am studying music and music tech at uni, about to finish my final year and want to go into working in a studio as a producer (I know this won't happen straight away). I would eventually like to train to become a music therapist and work with people with autism.

Well - I hope that's enough...anything else you want to know then just ask.

You sound just like me! Welcome!

I'm also a music student in uni, I play flute and guitar, and I'd like to be a teacher or a music therapist. My brother is autistic and has benefitted from music therapy in the past.
