Default hello from europe

hejhej,
I'm rob...living somewhere in europe. just found this page some days ago and think it's really interesting. I'm running an music magazine (or better to say it's hopefully getting one oneday) and so it is very interesting for me to see what music is discussed in the US at the moment. furthermore much of the things discussed here is good for me and I hope to discuss a lot with you.
I played in some screamo / metal bands in the past...now I'm much more into postrock, shoegaze, ambient, indie music.
absolute favorite bands: jeniferever, logh, tiger lou, intohimo.
currently on my playlist: dufresne.

all the best from over here to everyone,
rob

That is his real name...or rather the initials.
His real name is Rodrigo Vasquez Christiano Arbuckle.
His father was a Portuguese sailor and his mother is a prostitute on the Liverpool docks.

I love jeniferever, welcome to MB. I actually immediately thought you were into emo from the arrangement of your name.

Are German music boards the main ones people on continental Europe join? I didn't realize that.

And now this makes me wonder...are you from Germany? There are a couple German members I know of here at MB, but not a lot. Sometimes I wonder, "Where are all the Germans!?" on MusicBanter. Maybe they're all over on those other boards you mention!

Hehe, your description of Jeniferever amused me, so I listened to some of her songs to hear someone who is "more emo than any emo-band could ever be!" The songs weren't too bad, I thought. They include a lot of bells, and I like bells.
