It's hard to see the details in my tiny avatar but possibly. How did he make it? By carving? and what kind of bone did he use?

He carved it and filed it down using basic wood working tools. As for the bone type... I think it was from a bull but I can't be positive.

haha that's crazy. there's a curiosity shop near where I live that sells human finger bones. i've wanted to make jewelry out of them ever since i used my removed wisdom teeth to make earrings.
