Thank you for the warm welcome!

As for Jazz... well, that's been more of a slow-burning love, fostered out of my very first boyfriend being a jazz drummer. Don't go out of my way to listen to much in the way of current Jazz composers, though I go to see SNJO often when they play (one of my friends, Alyn, is their resident drummer). Saw them play with guitarist John Scofield recently, and he was just insane. As for what I like though; hmmm. Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Dave Brubeck, Theolonius Monk, Cannonball Adderley, nothing too obscure.
